Setup app freezes after selecting a local folder

Version: 5.2.1.0 OS: Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition)

How to reproduce:

  1. Install Megasync app from Software application,
  2. Run the application,
  3. Login to an account,
  4. Input 2FA code if added,
  5. Add device name,
  6. Choose Sync,
  7. Choose Selective sync,
  8. Click Choose on the Select a local folder option,
  9. Select a folder that is different than default one.

Result

App freezes, and it can only be killed in System Monitor Screenshot From 2024-11-26 19-34-56

Additional problem

When launching Megasync for the first time there's this error: Screenshot From 2024-11-26 19-44-05
