NO_KEY in Mega-cmd only

Open nunob37 opened this issue 2 years ago • 7 comments

I am developing a software to use in Raspberry Pi together with a colleague. We have a shared folder and and to ease the development I have installed Mega Command on the raspberry pi to keep the source code in sync with the shared folder.

However, the shared folder in Raspberry Pi, using Mega-cmd, shows as NO_KEY, making it inaccessible. The same folder shows up correctly in both accounts, either using the web app or the desktop apps.

We have tried to uninstall and reinstall Mega sync clients on desktop, reloaded both accounts on the web version, reloaded the account on Raspberry Pi using mega-cmd reload, but nothing works.

The account on Raspberry Pi is from my colleague, but we also have tried to use mine and same problem.

The folder shows up ok until we turn sharing on. After that, it fails.

We have already done all the suggestions provided by mega support. We have found the same suggestions, on a Reddit thread, but with no success.

Both accounts have been reloaded (using control key) and re-verified and we have recreated the folder, even changing the name of it, but in the end it never works as soon as it is shared. The problem only happens in mega-cmd, on Raspberry Pi.

Can you help us solve this problem? Being unable to share that folder and sync it on Raspberry Pi is causing a huge delay on the software development.

Thank you for your attention

Hi @nunob37 ,

The issue is heppening because MEGAcmd 1.5.1 is not compatible with new share folders.

We will release a new version of MEGAcmd for Raspbian 10 & Raspbian 11 in the following days. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hello, I also have the same phenomenon on Windows 11 and Synology ds920 (Vesion 1.4.0-1000). Have you got new information about this.

You may want to update to a newer MEGAcmd (see https://mega.io/nas)

@polmr it seems packaging is incomplete. For example, how do I get 1.6.3 for Geminilake CPU as per https://kb.synology.com/en-global/DSM/tutorial/What_kind_of_CPU_does_my_NAS_have

That would be an intel 64 architecture. Would you mind trying megacmdpkg-kvmx64-1.6.3-0001.spk ?

Is 1.6.3 version out for Debian?

Thanks polmr, is were fixed after install the version kvmx64-1.6.3-0001.spk on my Synology ds920+. But another Problem. When I start webdav with tls and key (i.e. https) and mount it, Folders with more than 34 and more files are not displayed, folders less then 34 files will displayed. No matter whether I mount in Synology ds920, Linux or in Windows.

Mega-Webdav without tls -> no Problems, everything will displayed. Has anyone an Idea Why
