Fetching Nodes loading time
I already have 500 GB on my 16 TB subscription on mega. Now every time I log in to new computers using megaCMD to do scheduled backups, the fetching nodes will reach 100% after a few minutes but get stuck for over 2 hours. Does this have anything to do with how much data I have? Is there any way to make this faster?
Are you login from scratch (user + password), or does the slowness occur when login reusing a previous session (reopening MEGA CMD Server).
The time to finish the login procedure depends on the number of files/folders you have in your account. We will release a new version (no scheduled date yet) that will improve the second scenario vastly, reducing the loading time when resuming previous sessions.
The same here if login from scratch (user + password). Get stuck for more than 1 hour. Using the last version of the mega-cmd
Fetching nodes ||####################################||(336/336 MB: 100.00 %)
Do we have any improvements on this?
I was able to compile on a R.Pi ubuntu 22.04 using the ignore FFMPG options, the compile was successful, however I am seeing the same issue with fetching the nodes. I noticed a similar performance issue with rclone, hence attempting to use mega-cmd.
There is also a fairly lengthy (a minute or so) delay when logging into the web interface of Mega.nz as well, so it would seem to be a combination of some server side performance and the itertion of the node fetching.
So the above issue is still open.
