Windows install - select folder to install

Seems that currently Megacmdsetup installs MegaCMD in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\MEGAcmd I did not find any way to change destination folder.

a) is the installation portable? if yes, what to change? b) if there is a way to specify destination, how is done? b) if not, could you introduce the option at installation time that the user selects destination folder?
