Delayed trains are not displayed when arrival time is due

I observed the following: Train due to leave at 16:48 was delayed 3 mins. When the clock hit 16:49, the entry disappeared.

I was able to reproduce this with the next train being delayed.

National rail shows train until it has left the station.
