enhancement: Get more from the persuaded crowd after mission

After finishing a mission, you get a lump sum per person persuaded. That is good, but it ignores the fact that some of the persuaded subjects usually have weapons. These weapons are lost after mission.

It would be nice to give the player an option to either sell these weapons, or give them to players agents. But to avoid making this strategy overpowered, only some weapons should be obtainable this way. Maybe one per type? Or only as many as your Agents could pick up?
