Error: You entered a bad email!, although email is correct & exists
Installation went very smoothly, no problems.
When running command
node lethe.js <email> <password>
I get result:
The lethe-data.json file doesn't exist! This is not an error.

Error: You entered a bad email!
I just created a fresh account, and confirmed that the email/password combination is correct. Any ideas?
Are you sure your shell didn't escape something about the email? Try using the lethe-auth.json
instead.
Good idea about the shell, but still same error.
I directly modified the lethe-auth.json
file as well, but still gives the same error.
Thanks for the help!
I'm running on Ubuntu 16.04, node version 4.2.6
Also, when I change the password to force it to be incorrect, it actually throws the bad password error.

Error: You entered a bad password!
But when the pass/email combo is correct, the bad email error is thrown.
Strange, I haven't ever experienced anything like this. Can you maybe try a different account?
Sorry for the delay in response.
Yeah I tried a different, brand new account; still the same error.
Is it because I'm running an older version of node (4.2.6)? I read in your docs that only the latest was officially supported (node 5).
I doubt it but it could be possible.
I don't know if people are still looking to solution to this problem but Discord now has a mail confirmation when logging from new location/IP. You just need to click the confirmation link.
No resolution to this issue. Is it possible to have bot token rather than Authenticating the bot with a user name and password? new location/IP login email confirmation link doesn't appear in my inbox either.
