It appears that this is a feature many people need, and it should be decently easy to implement.

Radio streams from icy would also be a great addition with the option to save a URL under a keyword.

The problem with that is that Lethe's queueing system expects streams to have a fixed ending time, so the next thing can play. Icy streams don't have that.
