ARM version

I am currently using ReviOS in a virtual machine on my Intel Mac. If I get an ARM Mac in the future it would be nice if ReviOS had a version based on Windows 11 ARM.

Since there are currently no plans to make a ReviOS version built on Windows ARM, there is also currently no point in building the tool for ARM. This may change in the future depending on how things evolve though.
