[BUG]: Wake on lan doesn't work

Describe the bug

When setting Wake On LAN And attempts to use it, the PC does not pay attention to the packets at all

Steps to reproduce

1. Enabled the option Wake On LAN on my PC
2. I tried to use it
3. PC won't turn on

Expected behavior

I expected the PC to turn on

Environment

• OS Build Number & Edition: Windows 11 24H2
• ReviOS Version: latest

Additional information

Before setup Revi OS everything worked correctly and the computer turned on using the packages. I tried to turn it on through sunshine/moonlight, but there was no difference and the PC did not turn on

One user, with the same problem, fixed it by disabling NETBIOS over TCP/IP.
