Where I run 'python train.py [-h] [--config [CONFIG]]'

Hello, I'm using Mac Os and I wrote 'python train.py [-h] [--config [CONFIG]]' on terminal (mac). But it occured error: unrecognized argument. Do I have to use Window command? or something else?
