Franz lost the connection to service

I don't know if this is a known issue, i'm on mac OSX 10.11.6 on Franz 5.5.0 beta2, on basically every service there's the message "Oh no" Franz lost the connection to service." anche the button "reload service"! I keep pushing it and it keep appearing. It's annoying because i don't know why this happen! And FAQ doesn't help at all! Is there a way to resolve it or at least make that reminder movable? Because it's exactly on the text bar so it hides what i write.
