This Pull Requests adds the Spotify Web Player plugin.

It might be noted that, as Spotify requires Flash Player in order to work, it is not working as of now. This issue can be fixed easily by adding support to the Pepper Flash Plugin in Electron.

What are the possibilities of implementing the Pepper Flash (when needed)?
