Add Workplace (Facebook @ Work) plugin

Facebook finally released a version of the web messenger for Workplace. This adds the workplace plugin.

Can someone please take a look at this and merge it, it works just fine.

I had to change the serviceURL in package.json to "https://{teamID}.facebook.com/messages/" to make it work.

Looks like the new chat area is only available to a subset of users at the moment; @Zovitar it should look exactly like messenger.com.

/messages does redirect to /chat for those who have access, but the behaviour of /messages in Franz is not exactly delightful, so maybe we want to hold off on this until it goes live for everyone?

I do not get notification for new messages, do you have the same issues? Do notification work with the Workplace plugin?
