Add Fleep

A plugin for Fleep.

I'm not related to the authors of that application.

Third-party auth is currently not working, but that seems to be a general problem in Franz at the moment (#31).

I guess you can consider it a semi-official plugin now. 😄 I mentioned this PR to Fleep and they were satisfied with the quality, it seems, and even went as far as to endorse it on Twitter despite being just a PR right now: https://twitter.com/fleepio/status/821649011811696640.
