doesn't work with local pages

The toggle does switch on local pages (viz. under file:///), but Javascript stays enabled regardless.

@GiuseppeScollo I know it has been a year since you asked for this, I never got to see the comment as I did not starred the repository so I did not got any notification regarding this comment, I will see to this tomorrow and will implement the patch so that it works, If you need anything else feel free to open another issue and/or mail me at [email protected]. I would be more than happy to implement new features.
