Added more information to the README

(Note: this is to practice writing documentation for a class assignment) I updated the README with a section on instructions to help new contributors get started with setting the project up and a section for contribution guidelines that can be expanded upon in the future. I also added more information about the extension from the add-on store and a link to the license.
