added features & fix for title display error

added features:

  • can set TITLE_FONT
  • can set colors for focused and unfocused windows

fix:

  • my version of polybar displayed a "-}" after each title. Not sure why, but I was able to temporarily fix by deleting a "-" in make_title(app)
