Some info about outdated stuff

First: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS DOCUMENT!

After using this doc to figure out how I want to setup my server. I figured I write some hint about outdated information.

nodejs version 14.x is needed soon (from 8.x on) - https://foundryvtt.com/article/installation/ certbot moved to snapd on most systems - https://certbot.eff.org/lets-encrypt/snap-nginx.html

everything else seems to work fine for foundryvtt v7.9
