An alternative or a fork of linux deploy for android 4.3?

I'm wondering if there is an app like linux deploy that lets me install it on an sd card, and even has ssh support and the latest version of debian.

Why i chose specifically android 4.3, is because i want to use my old tablet as a linux server.
