SSH Connection error

Can anyone tell me why I can't connect via ssh. I've tried a few options but without success.

In my case, my android phone linux kernel is too old and lacks the arc4random function. The error occurs on debian 12 or ubuntu 24.04 lts. So the solution is just stay in ubuntu 22.04 lts.
