Fake Battery Percentage?

My Tablet was at 20%. When I launch Linux Deploy it still is at 20%. But right after pressing on "Start" my Battery just instantly shows 98% and when I plug a cable or unplug a cable, there is no sign of the tablet charging or not and I never see if my battery is low or not cause its just stuck at 98% until I restart my tablet.

same issue on my Samsung s6 with lineage os, if anyone has a solution, I'm interested.

I'm experiencing the same behavior - Poco f3 AOSP custom rom
