Remove the video task from deployment stages.

Description

As part of the Presto video work we need to deprecate the legacy Alegre video tasks. This change removes video tasks from the QA and Live deployment stages.

How has this been tested?

I emulated the deploy process in my brain and confirmed these changes omit the video task updates. ;)
