Cookies don't survive restart?

When I add my cookies.txt to the config folder they seem to get overwritten whenever the container is restarted. Is this expected?

They likely get replaced and updated by yt-dlp, they should still work though, unless they're invalid in which case they might get removed. Anything in the container logs?
