Certain channel causing catastrophic failure

  • It was able to download one video and after a short time the channel is permanently inaccessible with timeout. I've rebuilt the image/volumes from scratch three times and it's the same each time. On accessing any part of that source in the UI, it times out and kills the entire app.

Interesting, what's in your container logs? Any errors?

The other sources work fine but there are no relevant logs for the issue, it just hangs with no output.

I've spun up a test instance and added the channel and not had any issues so far (indexing, not downloading). What your experiencing sounds pretty much just like a timeout. The only thing you can tell from your description without some more details like logs with something useful in is that the channel overview page for that channel takes longer than 60 seconds to render. By "kills the entire app" do you mean that once you have a timeout that things like the index / root page for TubeSync refuses to load?
