Feature Request: Support for Local Playlists

It would be great if TubeSync could support local playlist files (e.g., TXT files with YouTube video URLs). This would let users import custom playlists stored locally, rather than only relying on Google-hosted playlists.

Having the option to sync and download from TXT playlists would give more flexibility for those who curate their own lists outside of YouTube.

Thanks for the issue. The primary issue with this (along with allowing one-off downloads) is that the videos wouldn't belong to a source. We could add a generic "unknown source" source to act as a parent for these videos, or either attempt to automatically create sources for each video if it doesn't exist with some default settings. Neither of these options are particularly clean though.
