Unable to acquire lock sync.tasks.save_all_media_for_source

When trying to acquire new videos from a source, TubeSync goes through the process of detecting the new media, downloading it, renaming it, and then hits the following error:

WARNING:huey:Worker-1:Task 1966dddf-ecee-448d-b1b1-69135ec8f919 not run, unable to acquire lock sync.tasks.save_all_media_for_source.

This has only recently started happening. I've checked download directory permissions, space, everything I can think of, and everything checks out.

You probably have multiple tasks for different sources. That lock is to ensure that only one such task runs at a time.

If you really want to clear that lock, then resetting tasks will do that for you.
