"Thumbnail view" for sources

It looks like TubeSync's "Sources" page is text-only and I'd love to have a "thumbnail view" like Sonarr's library:

Thumbnails are already grabbed for Media and could be grabbed for Sources (playlist thumbnail or channel thumbnail).

I'm willing to prototype this when I have some time.

The thumbnail for the source is already grabbed and stored to disk when the Source.copy_channel_images option is enabled.

I'd be happy to see a prototype that used those files.
