[Feature] Add more tags

Hello @medyo Congrats for the great work I suggest adding more tags like AWS, DevOps, TDD ... so we can monitor everything in the same place

Actually, we only serve languages (Javascript, Python) and topics (Android, DevOps...) to keep an easy UX. by adding AWS and TDD or relative fields, developers will get confused. eg: AWS belongs to the DevOps, so there is no need to go deeper.

Thanks for responding to this I explicitly said AWS and DevOps to let you choose the level of the dept you want and maybe if you don't want to include them in feeds let's create a new section under the 4 columns so we can found other general propose tags as articles for example

Would be nice to find shell, bash aka cli around in the language specification.

Also because extension says: Github Trending does not support Devops. hackertabIssue
