Duplicated media using `medusa-plugin-contentful`

We are using medusa-plugin-contentful and

Describe the bug

We did common flow with adding media files / publishing content and now faced that we have 10k media files duplicates. What can cause an issue?

System information

Medusa version (including plugins):

"@medusajs/medusa": "1.20.3", "medusa-plugin-contentful": "^1.2.11",

Node.js version: 17.0.8 Database: Operating system: MacOS Browser (if relevant): Chrome

Is it possible that we have so many media files because of some magic connection between media and this quantity: ?
