Each Label Tag should have its own distinguishable color on the Marker

Current Behavior

All Label Elements on the Scan have the same color which makes whole Label unreadable. What's more, Elements are indistinguishable easily!

Expected Behavior

Each Label Tag should have its own color set in the backend's configuration. The default one should be blue/red/orange/.../whatever-fits. Such color should be then used to differentiate Label Elements on the UI.

Additional comment

This is very important for the Brush elements. Right now, Tags are mixed together...

@jpowie01 How about "pinned" selections? Right now we are recoloring all of the pinned selections (which is quiet messy tbh). I think that it will be relatively easy to go with solution based upon global tone/shade effect. Example: we have green brush selections, those pinned from other sliceses will be much brighter/darker to easily differentiate it from current selection. What do you think?
