Ability to switch to no-op

With loggers it's already possible to turn them on/off using logger's config. However, for stdout it would be good to have some mechanism built into ktee to turn all teeing to stdout off.

Hey @kdabir, please consider checking this PR regarding this issue and letting me know if there's something that can be improved. I'm looking forward to having this feature available in our code.
