Pull to refresh cuts off content (iOS)

When doing a Pull to Refresh on Session Options screen and Folder Nav Screen, if the content is shorter than the screen, it gets chopped off

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Sleep (on iOS)
  2. Do a pull to refresh

Expected behavior The content scrolls normally and does not get cut
