long content Training cards hide scroll & next

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add training card with a lot of content
2. load it on a phone and note "Next" is pushed off screen

Expected behavior Scroll bar present OR Next button fixed at bottom of card with card content with it's own separate div/span with it's own scroll bar

• Instance: chis-training.health.go.ke
• Browser: CHT Android latest unbranded
• Client platform: Android 14 on Pixel 3a
• App: training cards
• Version: 4.8.1-FR-improved-contact-summary-targets

Additional context There's some scenarios, that may not be real world applicable, which the left & right sides are hidden as well.
