When I have no SIM and click `tel://` link I get "ERR_UNKOWN_URL_SCHEME" and can not go back

Describe the bug When I have no SIM and click tel:// link I get "ERR_UNKOWN_URL_SCHEME" and can not go back.

To Reproduce

1. have a phone with no SIM, just WiFo
2. click "CALL" button in the CHT

Expected behavior Some sort of error/warning that says "no phone available" and a "Cancel" button to take you back to where you came from

Additional context I have to quit the app and relaunch to get back into CHT. See end of video above.
