Make "download csv" more visible during bulk upload
Downloading the csv file for errors is the primary action on this modal, we should make this more prominent otherwise if users close out of this there is no easy way of retrieving this file

@n-orlowski - thanks for filing this! Since this this will be a purely a UI change, can you give us a mock-up of how it should be improved?
@m5r - an alternate and better solution would be to have "See prior imports" option the the link to the status file download per import. I suspect this will take too much time, but am open to developing it if you think there's an easy win here!
This should work, but curious to know if it actually automatically downloads for some users? When I went through the flow myself, it didn't, and I totally scanned over that blue link
This is a great mock-up and super clear - thank you!
We don't have the "automatic download" feature now, so no one will experience that working today. I'd say it is a "nice to have" for this ticket, as changing the text link -> button link is very easy, but automatic download is a bit more involved.
NB - wording will have to match actions. If no automatic download then replace text above button with:
Please be sure to download the status file to update your formatted spreadsheet.
@m5r - is it possible for you to do this while you're doing the primary contact work in #7693? At it's easiest, this is just a minor UI change (though I'd welcome automatic download!)
I know there's planning for the first FR of Offline User Replace, so no biggie if we do this next time around!
I need to double check the automatic download thing because there might be some browser limitations but other than that, I can make it fit in the primary contact PR
