Ability to delete local database

Provide a way for a user to easily (but not too easily) delete their local pouchdb medic instance. This is useful for data security if a user is going to give their phone away, or if you're using a public computer. It's also useful for demos and developers.

This is an infrequent use case so it shouldn't be prominent in the screen. It's also potentially destructive so be sure to have a confirm step (dialog or whatever).

For bonus points, use the last sync time in #1270 in the confirm message to make it clear how much data is going to be lost.
