Downloadlist: "Cancel download" missing in context menu

Download list: In a few cases the entry "Cancel download" is missing in the context menu.

I cannot reproduce this bug. Are there any steps you have to take to reproduce this? Can you cancel downloads in the detail view?

Apart from filtering the download list with search terms, I have not taken any further steps. The downloads were in waiting mode. In the individual cases where the entry was missing, the download could be cancelled via the detailed view. I have not yet been able to reproduce this bug specifically.
