Make number of displayed result rows customizable

It would be nice to have a feature which allows to determine how many rows in the result table are to be displayed instead of the static limit of 15. This would facilitate the visual search for a certain entry a lot, especially on larger monitors .

That is already implemented in MVW 2.0

I'm also planning to implement "infinite scrolling".
