Download doesnt start

It would be helpful if you have more details. Please also keep in mind that if you click any of those disk icons in the pop-up usually your browser opens the media's URL in a different browser tab where you have to use the browser's download functionality to download the file. Or some other tool

On another note: the medias are all hosted by the networks. mediathekviewweb only crawls their sites for us and provides the necessary data.

Normally the download from the browser (in this case: Edge) works with a right mouse click and then "save as...".
