Update dependencies

Updated dependencies and GitHub actions.

I had to downgrade download-maven-plugin, 1.7.0 is not the latest GitHub release anymore. Can ffmpeg.exe be pinned so the md5 will not automatically break after a new version has been uploaded?

Your PR wasn't merged, that's true. But I think that @derreisende77 still looked at your changes and incorporated them as far as possible. You can see that from the fact that the PR was closed via a commit.

I saw the update for mvnw and have now updated it based on your suggestion. Thank you.

I don't understand the changes for gitlab-ci. Why shouldn't batch mode be used in a batch (aka ci) situation?
