fix sometimes screenpipe disable noise cancellation on headphones
i'd recommend trying to reproduce with raw cpal examples code using headphone

- i can use my headphone or airpods with screenpipe and it does not disable noise cancellation

In the current implementation in device.rs the airpods are being filtered out, which is causing the issue .
