Removed RICentities with transport type in their name

Some RICentities has a transport type in their name. This information should be indicated upstream in the source file. This update must do :

• for RICentity with transport ype list the original names
• for all flows using those original names, add the tranport type
• for all original names in entity_names change the RICname to the version without the transport type

We need as a starting point with three columns: RICname with transport, RICname, transport_type
