Error messages could be more explicit for minet twitter user-tweets

Example output:

An error happened when attempting to retrieve tweets from "834364813082034178"
Could not find user "834179571813580804"

The second case is obviously a deleted account and we could say so, the first case can be different cases, but mostly it probably relates to protected accound and there should be some info in the API headers or http codes indicating so. The default message could reprint the http code and or api error message to give more info to the user
