Improve Post-Upload Messaging

Processing… The message “Processing…”, is displayed immediately after a file upload completes but before the ‘View your media’ link is displayed.

1. This message should be moved from fine-uploader.js and fine-uploader.min.js to templates/messages/ folder.
2. The default wording of the message should also be improved to something more informative.

Media encoding is pending. The message ‘Media encoding is pending.’ is displayed in the player after a file is uploaded and the link ‘View your media’ is clicked, but only if this link is clicked before the first transcoded file (240p) is actually available. Thus when larger files are uploaded and transcoding just takes longer.

1. This message should be moved from _commons.js to the templates/messages/ folder.
2. The default wording of the message should also be improved to e.g.:

The media transcoder is working hard! This will take a few minutes. In the meantime, you may continue browsing the site.
