fix dates for youtube embeds

youtube embed videos have not date in them, so they get assigned the current date or the article linking date. we should transform those urls into standard youtube/watch urls so that we can find the correct date. We should also rerun date guessing over all of the youtube/embed videos currently in our database to fix the existing dates.
