Cannot reenable sticky headers once disabled...

Disabled sticky headers while reporting another issue, now cannot restore sticky headers.

Option enabled in the settings, but now all files open without sticky headers.

No option in the context menu to enable sticky headers for a specific file.

Resetting extension setting did not work..

Any advice ?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still failed.

Tried deleting cache folder and reinstalling, failed as well... something really weird going on.

Edit: No success at all, no sticky header option in context menu, "Set header line" option does nothing,.

This could be because there are 2 settings to enable sticky header in Rainbow CSV: in Vscode itself Editor -> Sticky Scroll and in Rainbow CSV Enable_sticky_header - could you please check if you have them both enabled?

I tried to reproduce this, but without success. But I noticed if I change "editor.stickyScroll.defaultModel": "outlineModel" to something else, it stops working. Can you please check if you haven't changed this setting accidentally?

Mine is broken and set to outlineModel. Tried changing it and changing it back, still broken.
