QR-code image scanning feature get Bug !

Describe the bug I simply went to the author's website and used the QR-code image scanning feature and I realized that this scanning feature was no longer available.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://blog.minhazav.dev/research/html5-qrcode
2. Click on Scan an Image File Button
3. Click on Choose Image - No image choosen Button and choose qr-code image
4. See error

Expected behavior I just want it to scan out the content inside the qr-code

if you use scanapp.org with camera scan, it can parse the correct value. I don't known why.
