Describe the bug Whenever the QR code scanner loads on to the page for the first time, we get the button to request permission. After granting permission, the scanner works fine. But if the page is reloaded, instead of asking for permission again like it does on Firefox or iOS Chrome, it displays the viewfinder immediately. However, there is no QR code bounding box shown anymore, regardless of what the size parameters are set to. And we can't actually scan anything. Have to click stop scanning and then restart it in order for it to work. The issue happens in both the lightweight version with the GUI built in and the customizable version.
Describe the browser: Issue is present on Chrome 100 on Google pixel 5, but likely effects all Android devices. Works fine on Chrome on iPhone.
