SNP ids not retained in the result file

Hi Mark,

I used Variant Tool Chest to make an intersection between two samples in a VCF file. I have rsIDs for my variations but the resultant data misses them. Is that a feature. I would like to keep the IDs. Also, is there a way to avoid no calls from been considered in the comparison.
